In July 2024, husband-and-wife team Kateland Keene and Richard Gutierrez took a bold step into the future of St Marys by purchasing the historic Armory. What followed was an intensive journey of restoration, breathing new life into the structure's storied walls while honoring its architectural heritage. As the venue transformed, so did a vision for a more curated event experience. The Armory Reserve provides high-end decor rentals both on-site within our historic walls and for off-site celebrations across the region, while also offering a premier selection of suit and tux rentals for the modern groom.
